Rehab Alliance offers personal training at its outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Laguna Hills, Ca. The training is supervised by Physical Therapists so that clients with special needs will be accomidated by educated and knowlegable individuals. If you feel like you want to improved your fitness in a safe and supervised manner or your would like to continue your exercise program after discharge from physical therapy, then this may be the option for you.
